Our standard delivery is called:   'Express Delivery via courier - 99%* orders placed by 2pm will be delivered next day; Only £4.95!

Orders taken before 2pm are despatched directly from our warehouse the same day via our couriers DPD (orders over £20) or 1st Class Royal mail for small items. (subject to stock availability). If your order is being delivered by our courier DPD Courier, a signature on arrival is required.

If you're not at home, our courier will endeavour to leave it with a neighbour close by and leave you a card explaining which of neighbours have your item(s).

If you're not in they will attempt to deliver your parcel to one of your immediate neighbours, and will pop a card through your door to let you know which neighbour has it.

Our guaranteed next day delivery is called: "Special Delivery before Noon via Courier"  Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered next working; Only £9.95!

We ensure that all our deliveries are made safely and securely via DPD, Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm.
