James Paxton, Age 26, Hove, Operations Executive

Ultralieve Pro case study, James James is a keen footballer; he trains three times a week and plays for his team, Burgess Hill Albion, every Saturday. However, last season he developed aches and pains in his legs brought on by excessive running, jumping and sprinting - three things ever present in a game of football. Thankfully this season he has found relief from his pains using a personal ultrasound treatment.

“I really look forward to playing football on a Saturday for my local team, and I try and keep as fit as possible training at least 3 times during the week. At the start of last season I pushed myself too hard.

I went to see my Doctor and he said that I needed to rest immediately so that the muscle could recover. I did as I was told and stopped exercising and instead had to watch my team mates eagerly from the sidelines. After about 4 weeks I started to feel better and decided to go for a jog, the pain didn’t come back so I declared myself fit for the next match. I came on as substitute but after about 15 minutes I was back on the bench again.

I went home disheartened and decided to do some research on the internet. I came across Ultralieve Pro. I ordered one straight away.

I used it 3 times a day for about 5 weeks simply applying the gel and moving the device around the affected area, it started to feel lots better and with regular applications I was able to play the rest of the season pain free!"

Sarah Sharp, Age 28, Brighton, Marketing Manager

Ultralieve Pro case study, Sarah Sarah wants to be in peak physical condition for when she runs her first Marathon in Brighton next year. Pain was affecting her training until she found a personal ultrasound treatment could help.
“When I finished the 10k run in Stanmer Park, Brighton this July I felt on top of the world. I had finished in a personal best – and was raring to do it again. When friends told me that in April 2010 Brighton was hosting its first marathon, I signed up immediately.

I think my enthusiasm got the better of me and I started training really hard. As well as gruelling sessions in the gym and cross country, I would road-run along Brighton seafront for hours.
Then I noticed that I was experiencing an unpleasant pain. On one occasion the whole area went completely numb during a run which was pretty scary.

It was a real blow when I could not run and train. My dreams of reaching a personal best in the marathon were over.
I spoke to my pharmacist who recommended I try a personal ultrasound treatment called Ultralieve-Pro.
For about six weeks I used Ultralieve-Pro daily. My boyfriend was really supportive and would help me to target hard to reach areas.
I don’t know how long it would have taken for the pain to go away on its own and I’m just so grateful I am back training again. My goal is to finish the Brighton Marathon in under 4 hours. 21 weeks of training to go!"

Stephen Lynch, Age 52, London, Business Owner

Ultralieve Pro case study, Stephen“When I was a young lad I thought that I was invincible, and that my body would never ‘give up on me’.

I had always been a keen skier so I was pretty devastated when I was no longer able to keep up. I spoke to a fellow keen skier about my plight and he mentioned that he had found a personal ultrasound treatment called Ultralieve Pro®. This sounded good to me so I gave it a try. The improvement was amazing, I still had pain in the afternoons – but after a day of pounding the slopes, what could I expect! I skied every day of my holiday!

David Mintree, Age 26, Middlesbrough, Sales and Marketing

Ultralieve Pro case study, David A thorough warm up is crucial for any sport, but it is particularly important for martial arts training. David was gutted when he injured himself during a Choi Kwang Do class and missed his grading, but by using yoga and an ultrasound device to complement his training he should have his black belt by Christmas.

“I have always loved the discipline of martial arts and as a teenager regularly attended Karate and Tae Kwon Do classes. Four years ago I read about a local class for something called Choi Kwang Do, a martial art that relies on flexibility and fluidity of movement. In a bid to get back in shape I enquired about the classes and soon found myself showing up enthusiastically twice a week for lessons. I soon rose through the ranks and at the beginning of the year was training hard for my black belt grading.

Two weeks before the big day I was running late for my class and, arriving late, I did a quick stretch and got straight into sparring. Big mistake! Soon after starting I remember twisting quickly and realising I hadn't warmed up suffiently. My instructor told me to rest and avoid anything too strenuous for the next couple of days.

After 10 days of resting it still wasn’t fully healed and I was left no choice but to drop out of the black belt grading. A huge disappointment after all the hard work I had done in preparation.

My pharmacist recommended a personal ultrasound treatment called Ultralieve Pro.

It definitely helped. I am happy to say that 3 months later I attended my black belt grading and passed with flying colours.”

Dean Harrington, Age 24, Kent

Ultralieve Pro case study, Deano Having completed his first London to Brighton in 2008, Dean ended up missing out the 2009 race due to a niggling knee that made cycling the gruelling 54 miles impossible. Dean discovered Ultralieve Pro and has been using it to help him get back on his bike.

It was really worth the investment. At first it helped me recover more quickly from the knee pain after I had been for a ride but after regular use my injury is so much and I can cycle for 20 miles at the weekend and walk the next day!"

Q: Have you had physiotherapy or professional treatment for an injury?

A: We have full time physiotherapists with the RYA who come down to Weymouth regularly – I am a great believer in the prevention of injuries so enjoy working with the therapists. Our Physiotherapist uses ultrasound therapies on us for our injuries when he can see us regularly enough. I also use Ultralieve PRO, a personal ultrasound device suitable for home use, between treatments and when I am away from our physiotherapists, to speed my recovery.

David White on the front cover of Mens Fitness magazine.

David is a professional model (Calvin Klein) & actor. It’s essential he’s in excellent shape as he’s lively hood depends upon it. David talks about Ultralieve Pro below and why it’s so important to him as part of his exercise regime.

"I used to get a lot of injuries from the gym and playing sports but Ultralieve has meant I have more time to do the things I want. Now I always carry it with me in my sports bag wherever I'm travelling to, it is so convenient and it works a treat."

UltralievePro is an invaluable tool in accelerating the recovery from injury. With the cost and difficulty of arranging a quick appointment at your physiotherapist sometimes a restriction, UltralievePro becomes a home treatment luxury. The big advantage to UltralievePro is its lightness and portability. There is no boxed unit to carry around – what you see is what you get.

"Dear Customer Services,

Thank you so much for your recent outstanding service....having lived overseas for many years, where very poor customer service was something I had grown used to, it was most refreshing to have been taken care of with efficiency and a first rate service.
