In the UK, chronically sick or disabled people (or people purchasing on behalf of someone who is) are eligible to claim for VAT relief on the Ultralieve Pro Treatment device.

• HM Revenue & Customs generally consider someone to be chronically ill if they are experiencing a medical condition that has lasted for more than three months and is of a chronic, rather than an acute, nature. A person can be considered "disabled" if they suffer from a condition of a long-term nature with a substantial adverse effect on the ability of the individual to carry out day-to-day activities. Old age does not necessarily constitute disability unless the individual is experiencing "disabling effects" that would for example restrict their ability to walk. HR Revenue & Customs provides VAT relief for chronically ill and disabled people. If you are not certain whether your condition qualifies you can consult your physician.
