Arsenal in Bendtner injury concern

Nicholas Bendtner's ongoing injury problems at Arsenal may prompt the club to seek a new striker.The 21-year-old has been struggling with a groin issue and manager Arsene Wenger said that if it does not clear up quickly he will be looking to sign a forward in the January transfer window.
Wenger stated: "It depends on Bendtner and how bad [his injury] is."
Should the problem persist so that it keeps the Dane put for two months the club will have to move into the market, the Frenchman continued.
The comments come with Theo Walcott struggling for fitness and Robin van Persie absent with long-term ankle damage.
Sufferers of groin problems or similar strains may find that ultrasound treatment helps ease the problem.
Meanwhile, Liverpool forward Fernando Torres has revealed that he is putting in extra work in the gym to strengthen his leg muscles after struggling with groin trouble this season.
